After parting ways with Blue Wizard Digital, I got the idea I might be able to sell them on another web game similar to Shell Shockers. An old friend from the PopCap days and fellow Space Tyrant alum was curious about web games and jumped on board as the coder for a new game we were calling Saucer Fight! We were wildly inspired and got a ton of work done in a few short months, but the day jobs began to take their toll and getting the game to where it could be fun enough to sell itself just wasn’t in the cards. Below is what I would consider the pre-alpha state of the game. 2 maps, 2 saucers (one with a weapon upgrade system) some social media marketing images and the beginnings of gameplay. I still think this would be a blast if fully realized – it just needs the time and attention of both an artist and coder. For now, it sits dormant…
